Who
We Are
The Collins Agency is a boutique management and consulting agency that stands at the intersection of art and social justice. Our mission is to create space for underrepresented artists specifically Black, Brown, Womyn, and LGBTQIA+ artists to be seen, heard, and celebrated both inside and outside of traditional art ecosystems. We seek to foster creativity and passion wherever they live, and we endeavor to push the bounds of what is possible through community, creativity, collaboration. Our purpose is to challenge traditional modalities in the art world by crafting space for artists who have traditionally been underrepresented and systemically silenced, to gain public exposure and create a public discourse.
Ours is to rebel in the service of art for art’s sake.
About
Ron Collins

Ron Collins is an experienced community builder, organizer, and social justice advocate who has spent the last two decades planning and winning social justice campaigns all over Los Angeles County. His work has allowed him to collaborate with some of the largest nonprofit and government entities including the City of Los Angeles, the County of Los Angeles, The United Way of Greater Los Angeles, The Movement for Black Lives, the LA Black Worker Center, and many others. Ron’s work abroad with the International Strategy Center and Aix Marseilles University was honored with membership into the Phi Beta Delta Honor Society for International Scholars, and in 2024 he was named an Activist in Residence by UCLA’s Luskin Center of Democracy and Inequality. Through his many years in service to the community Ron was able to develop a deep appreciation for the relationship between art, social justice, and community building. After seeing the impact that art and communications had on campaigns he helped lead, such as the Yes on Measure J Campaign in 2020, he was inspired to bring art to the center of his work. Ron’s newest project, The Collins Agency, seeks to build upon social justice frameworks and apply them to the art world by centering the needs of underrepresented artists.
